culture is a precious element in organizations, as of professor Henry Mintzberg said:

"Culture is the soul of the organization- the beliefs and values, and how they are manifested"

Organizational culture is a principal element for success in any kind of firm, yet still many senior leaders in the companies overlooking this simple and important element. There are millions of  employees suffering in their work place around the world or losing their passion and courage to show up at their best everyday. The lack of culture can harm an organization in many ways. Culture can motivate, empower and encourage employees.

In the presence of the culture, the performance, expectation and structure are clear. The respectful manners practice more and ethical and values use in a proper way, that's why the outcomes are more efficient and positive.

Culture is not just a set of norm behavior in the companies, it is about the ability to adopt with changes both internal and external, the competitiveness in the market, the satisfaction of employees, and also implement  the company's mission, structure, vision and their repetition.

Organizations that are more successful, are the one who know how to implement knowledge in their company, can guide their individuals and groups on their interactions and are able to empower their employees, that's why, usually employees who work in these type of organizations feels more wanted and belonged.

The rule is simple here, with culture both employees and leaders are align with the company's goals and direction, and fully engage and committed to those goals, but in the lack of culture the misbehave is in the horizon, manager try to bully and manipulate employees in order to  force them do their jobs, and more often these type of companies ended up having more than enough unqualified managers in place who treat employees in a worse possible ways. The lack of cultures in companies lead to decrease in the problem solving skills, more drama, conflict and reduced performance's qualities. Employees in these type of companies are suffering from lack of improvement both in their personal and professional environments, because it causes more anxiety and stress which in the long run is a harmful parameter both for the employees and company.

Further more, the market and economy always changing with the fast pace  and it is important for a firm to be able to adopt and evolve. Although the main focus of the senior leaders are in  managing the costs ,forecasting more sales and planning new projects, but they need to understand that without a solid foundation nothing can attainable in the long run and that foundation can't be built without organizational culture.

HR managers has a tremendous effect on plan, develop and sustain an organizational culture. HR policies and strategies can unite and motivate in the company in all levels. With the clear perspective, HR team knows what kind of individual wants to hire, who they want to promote and which direction they are taking the employees' performance in order to help the firm thrive.
